California Coast Credit Union's Coast Rewards points accrue at a rate of one point for each dollar of net retail purchases made with your participating California Coast Credit Union Platinum Choice Rewards Visa card.
Unless otherwise specified, you can earn a maximum of 150,000 points annually. Points do not accumulate on cash advances, convenience checks, balance transfers, fees or adjustments. When items purchased with your Platinum Choice Rewards Visa card are returned, your points will be reduced by the point value of the return.
California Coast Credit Union may elect to award Coast Rewards points for using additional products and services of the credit union. Notifications of these point-earning opportunities will appear on your monthly e-statement, quarterly mailed statement, or the website.
Points will expire 4 years from the date they are posted to your account. All accounts that are past due, over established limits, or revoked by California Coast Credit Union will not be permitted to earn or redeem points. If your account is closed, all Coast Rewards points will be forfeited.
Coast Rewards points can be redeemed for merchandise and travel. Downloadable rewards may be redeemed for as few as 750 points by visiting the Redemption Center.
Coast Rewards points can also be redeemed for cash back. You may choose this redemption option by visiting the Redemption Center or by calling our Rewards Redemption Center toll-free at 877-387-7937. Once your redemption has been processed, a credit will be posted to your primary savings account. If you do not have a primary savings account, you will receive a check for the amount of the redemption.
Coast Rewards points can be used to order merchandise and gift cards described on the website. The website is revised periodically and sometimes items from prior website listings may not be available to order. You may select merchandise from any level as long as you have the necessary number of points posted to your account. You may check your available Coast Rewards points at any time by visiting the My Account page or by calling our Rewards Redemption Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week toll-free at 877-387-7937.
Coast Rewards point requirements are subject to change and items may be substituted at any time. UPS or Parcel Post will usually deliver your merchandise within 2 - 4 weeks. Shipments cannot be made to a post office box, APO address or outside the 50 United States.
Merchandise can only be exchanged in the event that it arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
